The benefits of regular exercise are far-reaching and almost impossible to overstate. Exercise, with a focus on daily movement and continued fitness gains, is a key component of the XY Wellness integrative roadmap as you work to rebuild and reclaim your health and quality of life. Fitness is not a destination, it is a journey, and it is different for everyone. The goal is to improve on where you are now. If you are sedentary, it might just be a 30-minute walk a couple times per week. If you’re already fairly fit for your age, it may be figuring out how to take things up a notch, maybe via trying something totally different. Every day is a new opportunity to get moving, and further improve your health and quality of life.

Exercise floods your body with “feel-good” chemicals such as dopamine, norepinephrine, serotonin and adrenaline, which then remain elevated in your blood stream for up to 24 hours. Not a bad deal, eh?
