You may schedule an appointment with Dr. Geo at his clinic in New York City through his informational website, www.drgeo.com.

We’ll work with you to get this straightened out right away. Please contact us so we can help you or at customerservice@xywellness.com. 

You can return any purchase for up to 90 days from the purchase date so long as the products are in the same condition that you received them. You cannot return opened or damaged products for a refund.

No matter the size of your purchase, within the United States you’ll pay just $7.95 for UPS Ground shipping. If you need it faster, we’ll give you a UPS 2-day Air option for $17.95 during checkout.

In order to receive the discount that you are entitled to, you need to enter your discount code during the checkout process. If you forget to do so, contact us and we’ll take care of you.

After double checking to ensure that you have entered it correctly, if it still does not work, contact us and we will resolve the problem for you.

A discount code is a benefit provided to you by participating healthcare practitioners. If your doctor is not currently participating in our practitioner program, please suggest he or she contact us to enroll.

Depending on the state in which you live, we may be required to collect sales tax. If so, the amount of sales tax will be clearly stated during the checkout process and shown on your sales receipt.

Yes, to certain countries. A flat rate per order of $49 for USPS Priority International will apply. Any local import duties will be your responsibility.
