Reduce Inflammation Through Dietary Choices

In past years, we have held our March Against Inflammation Challenge with considerable success based on reports from men who participated in it, such as:

  • Improved energy levels
  • Increased stamina
  • Better mental clarity
  • Lessened joint and muscle pain
  • Weight loss
  • Improved sleep
  • Elimination of under-eye “dark circles”
  • Reduced desire for caffeine

And this is atop the reduction of inflammation in the body which is the purpose of the Challenge, which is of particular importance for us seeking to boost our body’s innate ability to ward off disease.

This year, we are too busy formulating, testing, and launching new products to administer the Challenge, but this does not mean that you can’t or shouldn’t do so on your own.

How? All that you need to do for the balance of March is to dramatically reduce if not eliminate the following dietary triggers of inflammation:

  • simple carbs
  • dairy
  • gluten

That’s it, and it is far easier than you might fear.
