Let’s Drink to Better Health

On the run to work, or just completed an early morning run or workout?

As a means to avoid the inflammatory food triggers found in many quick breakfast options or as a really nice post-workout recovery drink, try this recipe:

  • 8-12 oz of filtered water or coconut water
  • 1 scoop of ImmunoProtein
  • 1-2 teaspoons of Amino Acid Supreme by Designs For Health or similar
  • ½-1 teaspoon of matcha green tea powder by Mighty Matcha or similar
  • 1-2 teaspoons of Natural Calm magnesium by Natural Vitality or similar

Shake it up an enjoy. Or if you have access to a high-speed blender, then add in ½ of a frozen banana or some organic frozen berries. Get creative.

This daily concoction works well for me, as does humming along to “Matcha, Matcha Man” with a nod to The Village People when adding in the green tea powder.

Once again, enjoy it while you boost your body’s innate ability to be healthy and to ward off illness.
