How do I use the discount code provided to me by my doctor?
In order to receive the discount that you are entitled to, you need to enter your discount code during the checkout process. If you forget to do so, contact us and we’ll take care of you.
What if my discount code does not work?
After double checking to ensure that you have entered it correctly, if it still does not work, contact us and we will resolve the problem for you.
If I do not have a discount code, how do I acquire one?
A discount code is a benefit provided to you by participating urologists or other medical practitioners. If your doctor is not currently participating in our practitioner program, please suggest he or she contact us to enroll.
How do I contact Dr. Geo for a consultation?
You may schedule an appointment with Dr. Geo at his clinic in New York City through his informational website, www.drgeo.com.
How much does it cost to ship my order? May I elect expedited shipping?
No matter the size of your purchase, you’ll pay just $7.95 for UPS Ground shipping. If you need it faster, we’ll give you that option during checkout.
What is your return and refund policy?
You can return any purchase for up to 1 year from the purchase date. All we ask in return is that you make sure that the products are in the same condition that you received them. We’ll even pick up the cost of shipping the products back to us.
What should I do if my order is damaged, lost in transit, missing an item, or contained the wrong item?

Do you charge sales tax?
Depending on the state in which you live, we may be obligated to collect sales tax. If so, the amount of sales tax will be clearly stated during the checkout process and on your invoice.
Will you ship to destinations outside of the US?
Yes, but additional shipping fees and local import restrictions will apply.
